How are your candles made?
We hand make all our products in Hoboken, NJ using 100% Natural Coconut Soy Wax, Essential Oils, and Fragrance Oils. We use suppliers for our raw materials that are dedicated to sustainable sourcing and reducing their environmental impact.
Where do you ship from?
All candles are hand-poured and shipped from Hoboken, NJ. In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
What is you return and exchange policy?
We get it. You're about to purchase something you can't smell until you have it in hand. To make sure you are happy no matter what, we will replace, exchange, or return the product within 30 days of receiving your item. To return your candle, please fill out the Contact form and put "return" + your order number in the comment section and the reason for return in the message.
